Steven
Steven is a principal strategist and co-founder of NewWave Strategies. With a background in operations and strategy, Steven brings high-level experience to campaigns looking to grow.
A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Steven is a California native who began his work in politics by helping flip the once staunchly conservative Orange County. Steven now focuses on hard fought red-to-blue races across the country. Furthermore, Steven brings an in-depth policy and lobbying background and helps our clients craft honest and impactful messaging campaigns around important policy issues. Steven enjoys traveling and playing with his dog Daisy.

Jamie
Jamie is a principal strategist and co-founder of NewWave Strategies. She presents a unique ability to problem solve. Her expertise includes crafting engaging and original messaging as well as building efficient fundraising infrastructure.
Jamie has a Masters Degree in Political Science from the London School of Economics (LSE). Prior to Co-founding NewWave Strategies, Jamie spent considerable time in Iowa and Nevada on the presidential campaign trail, and worked on the Hill for Congressman Lloyd Doggett.
A native Texan, Jamie is a die-hard Astros fan and enjoys gardening in her free time.

Amber
Amber is our resident expert in campaign budgets and grassroots fundraising methods. Over the course of her career she has mastered political fundraising and communications.
She earned a Master of Public Policy from American University and has since held various leadership positions for campaigns at all levels of government. Prior to working with NewWave Strategies, Amber managed Judy Stahl’s congressional campaign against Paul Gosar in her home state of Arizona. In her free time, Amber enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers, cooking, reading, and hiking with her dog Maggie.

Marina
Marina has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Boston University and is based in Denver, CO. Marina started off as a college intern and rapidly climbed to become a Senior Strategist and key member of this team.
Marina has a unique expertise in political fundraising focused social media and digital campaigns. Her organizational skills and her understanding of modern day fundraising has lifted the ships of all of our clients here at NWS. When not on social media, Marina likes to try new restaurants and spend time with her family and friends.

Madi
Madi lives in Michigan and has previous experience working on coordinated labor campaigns throughout the Midwest. Madi also worked on Joe Biden’s 2020 Presidential Campaign and has expertise in political strategy and digital fundraising.
Madi is NewWave Strategies’ message forward email extraordinaire and helps us run strategic and successful email and texting campaigns. She holds a degree in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University – Go Green! Madi is a full time dog mom to her Golden Retriever, Seamus, and enjoys cooking in her free time.
